Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 8 leaves Fresh mint

Method

1. Lightly press the mint with the syrup to release its oils.
2. Add bourbon and pack with crushed ice.
3. Churn with a spoon until the tin frosts, then top with more ice and a big sprig of mint.
