Ingredients

• 4 oz Dr Pepper
• 1.5 oz Licor 43

Method

1. Fill a glass with iced Dr Pepper (the “23 flavors”).
2. In a separate heatproof glass, gently warm the Licor 43 (the “43”), carefully ignite it, and pour the flaming liquor over the iced Dr Pepper.
3. Let the flame die out completely before drinking — flame with care and keep it away from anything flammable.
